Shipping Policy

Everything in our store is made to order, therefore we have 2-3 week turnaround time to make your orders.
Our items are sent out Tracked24 for UK shipping, but this does not affect the 2-3 week max processing time. Please allow 2-3 working days to receive your order once you have received your dispatch email.
For international orders all our items are sent International tracked. Please allow 5-7 working days for these items to be delivered once you have received your dispatch email.

Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges as everything in our store is made to order. Unless you have purchased your items at one of our markets.

However if there are any issues at all with your order please feel free to contact us up to 14 days after you have received your order so we can rectify the situation.
