Harry Styles Ticket Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This giveaway is organised and promoted by Peachy Threads (“the Promoter”). This promotion is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Harry Styles, his management, or Instagram.

2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
Entries are accepted from residents of the United Kingdom unless otherwise stated.

Employees of Peachy Threads and anyone directly connected with the organisation of the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Method
Entries are obtained through purchases made on the Peachy Threads website during the official giveaway period.

• 1 item = 1 entry

Entries are automatically counted based on the order value placed during the giveaway period.

Multiple entries are permitted.

4. Giveaway Period
The giveaway opens on 8 March 2026 at 8pm GMT and closes on 29th March at 11:59 PM GMT.

Orders placed outside of this timeframe will not be counted.

5. Prize
The prize consists of:

• Two (2) tickets to see Harry Styles live in June 2026.

The exact concert date and location will be confirmed directly with the winner.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

Travel, accommodation, and any additional expenses are not included.

6. Returns & Refunds
Any order that is returned, refunded, cancelled, or charged back will result in the associated giveaway entry being void and removed.

The winner will be selected only after the standard returns period has passed to ensure fairness.

7. Exchanges
Product exchanges are permitted and will not affect entry eligibility, provided the order value remains the same.

8. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The draw will take place after the returns period has ended for all qualifying orders.

9. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via the email address used at checkout and may also be announced via Instagram Stories.

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw another winner.

10. General
The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Verify entries

• Disqualify fraudulent or suspicious activity

• Cancel or amend the promotion where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances
